12 week BUILD.
This is a 12 week comprehensive program aimed at achieving 12-24 pounds of weight loss. Research supports that 1-2 pounds/per week is healthy and sustainable weight loss. This program includes:
Custom nutrition plan created by a registered dietitian nutritionist
Custom plan for physical activity and fitness
Education for long term success
Accountability
Expert knowledge and experience
Disease management as needed
Regular feedback, goal setting, and habit hacking
Access to tracking and fitness apps
BUILD your own.
This is a custom BUILD based on individual need with al la carte based pricing. Requires an initial consult and offers flexibility to “fill in some gaps.” Maybe you’re not ready for a 12 week program but want reliable information and coaching on a certain topic. This is also for individuals looking for help specific to disease management and health outcomes.
